I couldn't think of a better title OTL

I've been trying to get out of this art block for ages, even though I believe I'm still okay with colouring, my pencil work is seriously deteriorating :( I guess it's a good opportunity to practice doing backgrounds/scenery while I'm in this state.

The traveller is a girl. I don't know why she's smoking a pipe, I just wanted to draw one.

Inspired by Makoto Shinkai's works.
Sketched on paper with pencil, coloured on Photoshop CS3.

But it's good that you're still able to whip up something so nice during an art block.
I'm gonna pull out that odd discription I used on your Kaito pic again,
it's got that GOLDENdim-afternoon feeling this time, but more cinmatic.
Don't you think this could be a scene in a animation?
However I do find the grass in the front a tad odd,
they seem to cut off the huge field of grass, NO WAIT,
I think what I'm trying to say is the transition there could be better. :0
But then again, it is very interesting looking....((jeez Zenyr, make up your mind!))

It's got a different sort of feeling to it, and it's very pretty and peaceful.
I love the effect on the clouds, they make me feel warm, as well.
