I AM SO FKIN SCREWED COZ I NEGLECTED HW AGAIN.
Damn I love Luffy in a hoodie
I was only gunna do a bit of airbrushing for this so I coloured it in a small resolution. Fuck.
Anyway. Urban backgrounds HATE ME.
There's actually a billboard with a bit of Franky's face on it, with the title "SUPER!" you can't really see it anymore though lawl.
Haven't cel shaded in so long...
